摘要
应用等离子喷涂的方法,在板状碳素钢基底上喷涂了分别添加SiO2和TiO2的ZrO2、不同含量Y2O3稳定的ZrO2复合耐火氧化物涂层,组成金属型后,进行了铸造工业纯钛的试验研究,借以考察复合耐火氧化物涂层对纯钛试样的表面污染情况。分析结果表明,复合涂层中,SiO2的添加,加剧了界面反应;TiO2的添加,使界面反应性有所减弱。
Abstract Investigations have been carried out into the commercial pure titanium in metal mold sprayed by composite oxide coating composed of ZrO 2 with SiO 2 or TiO 2 respectively,stabilized by a varying amount of Y 2O 3,in order to observe the interface reaction between pure titanium and composite oxide coating.The results showed that the contamination wold be promoted when SiO 2 was added to composite coating,while it can be reduced after the addition of TiO 2.
