摘要
低压铸造金属型设计方案的好坏以及金属型现场生产工艺的合理性直接影响到产品质量和生产效率。利用计算机数值模拟技术,对低压铸造金属型在整个连续生产过程中的状态进行分析,能够有效指导金属型设计,优化金属型现场生产工艺,具有重要的实用价值。
Abstract On the basis of the numerical simulation technology of continue productive process of Low Pressure Casting(LPC),a software system has been developed to analyze the metal mold status during whole practical procductive process of LPC.It can predict metal mold temperature change during cyclic casting,timing of different cooling channels,state of metal mold thermal balance,dwell time and so on.The applications prove that the system can optimize metal mold design and productive technology of LPC.
