流动水清洗方法应用于氧气雾化面罩除菌的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨流动水清洗氧气雾化面罩的除菌效果。方法对开腹术后患者使用过的氧气雾化面罩采用流动水清洗方法除菌,于第1次使用后和每次清洗晾干后采样,连续3d进行细菌学检测,分析除菌达标率。结果第1次使用后清洗前达标率为59.3%;流动水清洗氧气雾化面罩后3d的达标率分别为89.8%,84.7%和96.6%,与第1次使用后清洗前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论氧气雾化面罩使用后存在致病菌污染,用流动水清洗氧气雾化面罩有显著的除菌效果。 Objective To investigate the effect of removal of the bacteria on the atomized oxygen masks with flowing water. Methods Removed the bacteria of atomized oxygen masks which were used by the patients after the abdominal surgery. The number of the bacteria were sampled after the first use and after each cleaning and drying of the atomized oxygen masks. Bacteriological testing were continuously detected, and then analyzed the standard rate of the removal of the bacteria. Results After the first use of the atomized oxygen masks without cleaning, the standard rate of the removal of the bacteria was 59.3% ; after each cleaning with flowing water and drying in the later three days, the standard rate were 89.8%, 84.7% and 96.6%. There was significant difference compared with the first use without cleaning ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions There were pathogens pollution after the use of the atomized oxygen masks. The effect of removal of bacteria on the atomized oxygen masks with flowing water was significantly.
