摘要
通过论证,作者认为纤维除雾器的设计应遵循“留有余地”的原则。据此原理,提出了适于20kt/a硫酸装置使用的4～7元件纤维除雾器设计。该设计具有增大床层面积,便于调整阻力,延长元件清洗更换周期,提高元件利用率等优点。
Reliability' is proposed as the primary design criterion for fibre mist eliminators. Accordingly, a fibre mist eliminator with 4~7, instead of 4, filter elemenst is recommended to the 20kt/a sulphuric acid plant where it gives extra filter area, adjustable pressure drop, prolonged cleaning and replacement intervals, and increased utilization of filter.
