地铁·新城·综合体——杭州地铁九堡东站上盖物业综合体概念性方案设计

Metro,New Town and Complex——A Conceptual Design for the Metro Complex of Jiubao Dong Station in Hangzhou

2011年,地铁一号线的运行将宣告正在迈向国际化大都市的杭州进入地铁时代。交通的升级加速了城市化,二者共同催生大量"卫星城"和城市综合体,带来地铁上盖物业综合体等崭新的建筑类型。九堡东站上盖物业综合体是杭州兴建"100个综合体"目标中的重点项目和第一个地铁综合体,本文试以其概念性方案竞标的思考过程,粗略讨论对该类建筑在国际化的趋势下延续城市特征的一些设计探索。

By 2011, Metro Line 1 will announce Hangzhou＇ s entering into its Metro era. The update of communication speeds up urbanization, and together they bring up satellite cities and complex buildings. Among them metro complex is new to Hangzhou. Jiubao Dong Station complex is emphasized among ＂the 100 complexes＂ pushed by government and even the first built-up metro complex. Based on the conceptual design competition, this article tries to roughly discuss some considerations to keep vernacular character in this building type under the internationalization trend.
