连铸中间罐结构和操作的改进

摘要 中间罐内夹杂物的去除不单纯决定于其容量的大小。增加中间罐长度有利于去除夹杂物。H形中间罐夹杂物去除比率最大。开浇和换包时采用先进的中间罐操作措施对防止钢水污染是有效的。 The removal of the inclusions in tundish depends not simply on the size of tundish. It is favourable for the removal of the inclusions to prolong the length of tundish. The removal ratio of the inclusions in the H-shaped tundish is larger than any other-shaped one. It is effective on preventing the liquid steel being contaminated to adopt advanced measures for tundish operation at the casting start and during the ladle change.
