摘要
自1992年我公司与美国STEL-TEK公司合作以来,至1997年底国内兴建高效方坯连铸机18台42流,在建5台15流,改造14台40流,对我国高效连铸技术的发展起到了一定的作用。但在用户使用中也遇到了一些问题,本文对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了对我国发展高效连铸技术的一些看法,以期能与连铸界同行携手共同促进我国连铸水平的提高。
Since 1992 to the end of 1997, there have been 18 newly-built continuous casters with 42 strands, 5 casters with 15 strands being built and 14 casters with 40 strands reconstructed through the cooperation between our company and STEL-TEK USA, which enhances high-efficient continuous casting technology developments in China. This paper has analysed some problems which were faced in customer's use and put forward some suggestions for the developments of Chinese high-efficient continuous casting technology, so that we can go hand in hand with the continuous casting circles to expedite the enhance of our continuous casting level.
