摘要
用XRD和DSC研究了激波对非晶合金FeBSi的影响,结果表明,一定强度的激波能使非晶态转变为晶态,且晶粒尺寸在纳米范围内。讨论了晶化机理。
The effects of shock wave on amorphous alloy FeBSi have been studied by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It has been found that the shock wave with certain intensity can make amorphous alloy change into a polycrystalline material and the grain size is within the range of nanometer. The mechanism of its crystallization was discussed.
