摘要
为了说明有限元与耦合算法的优越性,利用多种算法对高速射弹撞击屏蔽炸药起爆问题进行了数值仿真,对各种算法的优劣性进行讨论及对比研究。利用升降法得到了不同算法的临界起爆速度,结果表明有限元与SPH耦合算法得到的结果与文献实验值最为接近,可以很好地模拟冲击起爆问题。并且给出了冲击起爆数值计算的网格(粒子)划分原则选取建议。最后对起爆过程进行了描述,讨论了相同质量射弹不同长径比对起爆速度阀值的影响。
In order to indicate the advantage of the FE/SPH coupling method, many kinds of algorithms were used to complete the numerical simulation of the high-velocity projectile impacting shield explosive. And the advantage and disadvantage of each algorithm were discussed. By the"up-down"method, the threshold detonation velocities of different methods were obtained. The calculated results show that the velocity the FE/SPH coupling method obtained is mostly approached to experiment. This method can be used to simulate impact initiation perfectly. Then the mesh partition principle and choosing advice in numerical calculation of detonation were proposed. Finally, the process of detonation was described, and influence on the threshold detonation velocity on the premise of that the projectile has the same quality but different length to diameter ratio was discussed.
