摘要
对上海五钢集团公司和日本住友金属公司生产的TP304H,TP347H钢高压锅炉管的化学成分、力学性能以及经不同温度固洛时效处理后的组织和晶粒度进行了对比。进行了不同固溶温度对钢管的晶粒度、力学性能影响的试验。对比和试验表明,日本管在晶粒大小及均匀度方成稍优于上海五钢集团公司的产品,但后者的性能全部符合美国ASME-SAZ13标准、我国GB5310标准和技术协议。
Tests were conducted for the purpose of comparing TP304H and TP347H hi- Pressure boiler tubes made by No. 5 1 & S Group Co.,Shanghai and those by Sumitomo Metal Ltd, Japan, covering chemical composition, mechanical properties and structures and grain sizes after solid solution aging treatments under different temperatures and focusing on effects l,y different solid solution temperatures on grain size and mechanical properties of the tubes. The results show that the Japan-made tubes are a little bit better than the China-made tubes in terms of grain size and grain uniformity, while the latter are completely up to ASME-SA213 Spec. and the Chinese GB5310 Spec. and relevant agreement specification in terms of all the properties.
