摘要
分析认为原料偏差、加热温度波动、不均匀以及交叉轧制是影响三辊横列轧机轧材尺寸精度的主要因素。建议退役的中型三辊轧机改作单根开坯的小型材粗轧机,新建连轧车间实施预报性粗轧,使产品精度再提高一个档次。
It was regarded through analysis that the main influence on the precision of section size in three high mill were the cross rolling, the size deviation of raw materials as well as the fluctuation and unequal of heating temperature. It was suggested that the retired medium size three-high mill could be used as small section roughing mill of single piece cogging, the size and temperature of slabs or blooms were forecasted for rough rolling at new bnilt continuous rolling mills,therefore, the precision of production could be raised to a new high level.[
