Two U.K. foundries installed thermal sand reclaimer and another foundry in Canadea used a generation unite combined thermal treatment and mechanical attritions. These foundries reclaimed furan no-bake sands and 100% reuse. They took a major step forward in reducing new sand and disposal costs, provided emissions well below regulations.
