摘要
论述国内外区域性图书馆联盟的发展模式及现状,探讨中小型图书馆普遍面临的困境和存在的问题,探索性地提出组建区域性专业图书馆联盟的构建模式,以及将各类区域性专业图书馆联盟共同构建成地区级文献信息保障体系的构思。
The paper expounds the current international and domestic development mode and status of regional library consortium, discusses the dilemmas and existing problems challenging small and medium sized libraries. It proposes the mode of setting up regional professional library consortium and the idea of various regional professional library consortiums cofistituting information and documentation support system at district -level.
