摘要
目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮的治疗方法,并对其预后及其他方面进行比较分析及研究。方法选取我院1998年1月～2008年12月的98例系统性红斑狼疮患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组48例和观察组50例,对照组采取常规治疗方法,即采用非甾体抗炎药、抗疟药及肾上腺糖皮质激素进行治疗,同时在此基础上加用环磷酰胺;观察组则在常规治疗的基础上加用硫唑嘌呤。环磷酰胺与硫唑嘌呤均为4周使用1次,治疗12周后对其治疗效果进行评价。结果治疗12周后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价,发现观察组治疗效果要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在系统性红斑狼疮的治疗中运用免疫抑制剂硫唑嘌呤的疗效要优于环磷酰胺,疗效确切,值得推广使用。
Objective To discuss the treatment of SLE and analyze and compare its prognosis and other aspects. Methods We selected 98 cases of SLE in our hospital from Jan. 1998 to Dec. 2008 and divided them into the control group of 48 cases and the observation group of 50 cases. The control group was given the conventional treatment,simultaneously adding CTX once four weeks for 12 weeks. The observation group was given Aza once four weeks for 12 weeks besides the conventional treatment. The treatment effects were evaluated after 12-week treatment. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion In SLE treatment, the curative effect of Aza is better than that of CTX.
