中西医结合治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎86例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of 86 Patients Suffering from Chronic Rhinitis or Sinusitis but Treated with Chinese-Western Medical Treatment

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将符合诊断的172例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组86例和对照组86例。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用单纯西医进行治疗。结果治疗组86例患者中,治愈60例(69.77%),好转25例(29.07%),无效1例(1.16%),总有效率98.8%;对照组86例患者中,治愈46例(53.49%),好转23例(26.74%),无效17例(19.77%),总有效率80.23%。经统计学处理,治疗组的治愈率和总有效率与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效确切,是一种简便易行、较为理想的治疗方法,便于基层医院推广应用。

Objective The study was aimed at investigating the curable effect of the Chinese-Western Medical Treatment on patients who suffered from chronic rhinitis or sinusitis. Methods The 172 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 86 patients received the Chinese-Western medical treatment,while the control group with 86 patients were treated with the Western medical treatment. Results Among the 86 patients in the treatment group,there were 60 （66.77%） who were successfully cured,25（29.07%） who felt better,and only one（1.16%） who failed.In total,the effective rate was 98.8%. And among the 86 patients in the control group,there were 46（53.49%）who were successfully cured,23（26.74%） who felt better,and 17（19.77%） who failed. The effective rate was 80.23%.The statistical significance of the effective rate of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese-Western medical treatment is fairly effective in treating patients with chronic rhinitis or sinusitis. It＇s a convenient and perfect treatment.lt can be easily and should be widely applied in primary hospitals.
