摘要 介绍了Al-Mg-Si系建筑型材铝合金的热处理方法。通过提高铸块均匀化处理后的冷却速度和挤压前进行一次低温退火,控制合金内部Mg2Si相析出的形状和数量,能提高合金挤压的工艺性能,改善型材的表面质量。 Introduce a heat treatment method of Al Mg Si series aluminum alloy for architectural shape purpose.The method deals with controlling the form and quantity of precipitation of Mg 2Si phase in the alloy by speeding up cooling of after homogenizing ingot and carrying one low temperature annealing treatment before extrusion.In this way both of processing property of the alloy and surface quality of the shapes have been improved during extrusion.
