新型功能化桥链双冠醚的合成及其结构表征 被引量:1

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NOVEL BISCROWN ETHERS WITH FUNCTIONALIZED BRIDGE

摘要 由侧链为醛基的24-冠-8和侧链为酯基的34-冠-10出发,分别经3步反应,高产率地合成了2个新型功能化桥链双冠醚4(70%)和8(71%),并用1HNMR,13CNMR,ESI-MS等手段对这2个新型功能化桥链双冠醚4和8进行了结构表征. Two Characterizations of novel biscrown ethers 4 and 8 were synthesized starting from 24 - crown - 8 with a aldehyde side arm and 34 - crown - 10 with a ester side arm in high yield(70% and 71% ) , and their structure were confirmed by 1HNMR, 13C NMR, ESI - MS etc.
