摘要
Shenzhen government plans to invest 300 million Yuan to develop LEDShenzhen issued a Shenzhen City LED Industry Development Plan （2009-2015） and many implementation programs to support the development of LED industry on its government bulletin. It proposed that they would invest 100 million Yuan every year to develop LED industry for consecutive three years. They would also firstly promote LED products in the construction of Universiade venues and exhibition centers.
Construction of A RE phosphor project started in Fujian Changting A RE phosphor project,newly invested by Xiamen Tungsten Co.,Ltd(XTC for short) with total amount of RMB 220 million, started construction in Changting town of Fujian province on November 11,2008.The project was expected to complete and put into production by the end of 2009,with an annual output of 1,000 tons of rare earth trichromatic phosphor, yielding RMB 1.2 billion output value every year.This project fills up the blank of RE metals and deep processed products in Fujian province.It was known that Jinlong Rare
