摘要
提出了一种基于扩展Kalman滤波器(EKF)的永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制系统。利用易于检测的电机端电压和端电流,采用EKF算法实时估计电机的转速和磁极位置,得到矢量控制系统反馈信号和矢量变换角度。转速和电流控制器均采用PI控制,转速控制器输出作为电流控制器的参考信号,电流控制器产生SPWM逆变器的控制信号。仿真和实验结果表明EKF能在宽的转速范围内对系统的状态做出精确稳定的估计,基于EKF的永磁直线电机无位置传感器驱动系统具有良好的动态响应特性。
A position sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor (_PM5M) based on extended Kalman filter (EKF) was presented. Measured line currents and terminal voltages are used to estimate the speed and flux angle according to the EKF algorithm at real time, which can provide speed feedback and vector transform angle for vector control system. PI control algorithm is used to regulate velocity and cur- rent. The speed controller's output is reference signal of current controller, and current controller output is used to generate the control signals for SPWM inverter. As well as giving a detailed explanation of the new algorithm, the simulated and experimental results demonstrate the reliability of the sensorless control, which show that the EKF is capable of estimating system states accurately and reliability, and the proposed sensorless control system has a good dynamic response.
