10万t/a APMP杨木制浆高浓磨浆控制系统

摘要 以宁夏中冶美利10万t杨木制浆项目为背景,根据APMP制浆本身的特点,介绍了基于S7-400的新型磨浆控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心,结合高浓磨间隙调节的两种PID调节模式在其中的应用,大大提高了磨浆控制系统的安全可靠性。针对PID控制的超调性,在盘磨控制中设计了专家控制系统,在理论上使得整个生产更加的稳定,提高了浆的质量。 A new refiner control system based on S7 -400 according to the features of APMP pulping was designed, which is on the basis of the project of aspen papermaking with 100 000 tons in MEILI corporation, Ningxia. In the system, PLC is the core part. Because of the application of the two PID adjust models of refiner gap adjust, security and reliability of the pulp refining system are improved remarkably. Besides, we also designed a expert control system in the process of refiner control according to the overshooting property of PID control, which make the whole process of production more steady in theory, and the quality of outlet pulp is also improved.
