Study on Sustainability of Land Use in the Jiuquan Oasis

摘要 从公平性、经济可行性、土地生产力指数、耕地资源保护、生产稳定性指数、协调性6个方面,建立了酒泉绿洲土地可持续利用评价指数体系,运用熵值法确立了权重系数及其综合评价模型,对酒泉绿洲2000-2006年的土地利用状况进行了可持续评价,并由G IS系统生成了可持续等级图。结果表明:酒泉绿洲各县(市)土地利用持续性较小,土地利用或处于弱不可持续或处于强不可持续发展状态,且呈现较大的区域差异。最后,针对存在的问题提出了提高酒泉绿洲土地可持续利用的具体对策。 The ecological environment in arid northwest China is frangible, and the social and economic development is restricted. Especially cultivated land resources are quite limited. To study the weak sustainability of land use is urgent in China. The starting time of researching the sustainability of land use is comparatively late, and the specific theoretical evaluation frame indexes and methods are also at the approach stage. The systems of evaluating the sustainability of land use should be different from different regions and levels. In this paper, the index system of sustainability of land use in the Jiuquan Oasis is developed based on six aspects including the equity, economic feasibility, land productivity index, protection of farmland resources, production stability index and coordination index, the entropy-right method is used to establish the weight coefficients and comprehensive evaluation model, the sustainability of land use in the Jiuquan Oasis during the period from 2000 to 2006 is assessed, and a map of the sustainability levels of land use is generated based on GIS. The results show that "the sustainability level of land use in all the cities and counties in the Jiuquan Oasis is low, land use is in a weak or serious non-sustainable status, and the regional difference is obvious. On which some countermeasures are put forward for improving the sustainability of land use in the Jiuquan Oasis.
