稳定化处理改善PC钢绞线性能机理初探 被引量:5

摘要 用透射电镜对PC钢绞线稳定化处理前后微观结构中渗碳体组态以及位错密度、存在形式的变化进行研究。结果表明,稳定化处理过程中渗碳体的分解、碎化及弥散分布,位错的塞积、缠结以及形成胞状结构,处理温度对残余应力的去除以及伴随着塑性变形而发生的动态应变时效等是该工艺改善PC钢绞线强度、塑性、抗应力松弛性能的主要原因。 Changes of structural condition of the cementite,density and existing form of dislocation in microstructure of PC steel strand pro and after stabilization treatment have been studied by means of transmission microscope Results show that breakdown,spalling and diffusive distribution of cementite,jamming,intertwining and cellular structure forming of dislocation,removal of residual stress by treating temperature,and dynamic strain ageing following plastic deformation in the process of stabilization treating are the main reasons for improving the strength,plasticity and resistance to stress relaxation of PC steel strand
