摘要
供配电系统的零地电压已经成为用电安全、系统可靠的技术要求,许多用电负载和技术标准中对零地电压提出了各种严格的要求。本文结合实际案例分析了零地电压的引发的技术问题,通过实际测量数据研究了零地电压产生的原因,提出了零地电压测量的测量范围、测量条件、试验负载、有效值电压、峰值电压、带宽和监测时间等问题,推荐了一套全面的测量方法。建议"零地电压对于安全和供电质量来说应小于5V;对于互连的通信与控制系统来说,在通讯基带频带内峰值应小于2V"。
The voltage between neutral to protective earthing(VN-PE)of power distribution system has become a technical requirement for electrical safety and system reliability. Many electro-loads and technical standards have put forward various strictly requirement for VN-PE. According to the actual cases,this paper analyzes the technical problemcause by VN-PE. Using the experiment data, studies the reason of VN-PE. And put forward the VN-PE measurement technical issues, such as measurement range, measurement condition, test load, effective value voltage, peak voltage, band and time for inspection. And put forward a suit of general measurement method. This paper advises that VN-PE should be below 5V for the power distribution system safety and electro-quality;and should be below 2V in peak voltage within the systemcommunication base band for the intercommunication systemand control system.
