摘要
粮食国际贸易是一个各国政府敏感的和容易引起贸易争端的问题。从WTO粮食国际贸易争端案例上看,引发争端的直接原因是一国粮食贸易政策或行为不符合其在国际贸易协定或协议下应履行的义务给另一国造成利益损害,深层原因是贸易国之间的利益冲突与国际贸易规则不完善。作为世界粮食贸易大国的中国,应学会合理地利用国际贸易规则,借鉴别国的经验,保护国家利益。
