摘要
选取了总产值占我国汽车行业总产值一半左右的16家整车制造业上市汽车公司作为绩效评价单元,使用典型指标方法并结合定性分析从人、财、物三个角度分别选取员工人数、主营业务成本、主营业务利润等作为投入产出指标,进而建立评价指标体系,并将整理数据代入DEA模型,对样本企业从2005年到2007年三年进行总效率、超效率等绩效评价。最后结合评价结果和现实情况提出了几点对策建议。
The paper singles out 16 car companies (which cover almost half of the national car output)as the accomplishment evaluation unit. It applies index methodology , qualitative analysis to select staff members, chief operation cost and benefit as the input and output index from three perspectives (personnel, money, and assets). Thus, it sets up the evaluation system and processes the data with DEA Model. And it evaluates the accomplishment of the 16 companies from the year 2005 to 2007 . The paper also analyses the evaluation both vertically and horizontally and advances some suggestions based on the discussion and actual situation.
