摘要
面对当前农村剩余劳动力转移给农业发展带来的挑战和机遇,转变农业经营方式是目前较现实的选择。什么是农业经营方式?以前仅有的一些研究都没有和农业生产方式相联系来探讨,从而忽略了农业经营方式的丰富内涵。其实,生产方式的复杂性决定了农业经营方式具有农业经营技术条件、农业经营权力结构、农业经营组织形式三层含义的必然性,并且层次之间相互作用构成一个特征鲜明的完整系统,为目前农业经营方式的灵活创新提供了广阔空间。
Facing the chances and challenges to agriculture because of the present transfer of rural surplus labor, now it is the realistic choice to transform managerial mode of agriculture（ MMA）. What Is MMA？ Before, some discussions on MMA have no connection with production mode and so neglect its rich connotation. In fact, the complexity of production mode determines the necessity of MMA including technological condition, authority structure and institutional form, and interacting different Aspects make perfectly a obviously characteristic system, which offers wide space for the flexible innovation of present MMA.
