生态经济视角下的山东产业结构问题探讨

Problems of Industrial Structure in Shandong Province According to Ecological Economy

生态经济强调的是经济与生态的协调。然而在山东省经济发展中经济与生态并不协调,形成高消耗、高污染、低效率的粗放型经济增长方式。究其原因,山东产业结构特别是工业结构的升级速度过慢。基于山东省经济发展的特点,应遵循生态经济的理念,以节约能源资源和保护生态环境为切入点,把产业结构优化升级作为转变经济增长方式的主要途径。

Ecological economy stresses the coordination between economy and ecology. However, economy and ecology of Shandong province is not coordinated and Shandong province forms the extensive mode of economic which comes into being high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency of growth. Industrial structure in Shandong province, especially the upgrading of industrial structure is much too slow which is the important mason. Shandong province should follow the concept of ecological economy and regard conservation energy resources and protection the ecological environment as the breakthrough point according to Shandong＇ s characteristics of economic development. And it is the major route to change the mode of growth through the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
