海藻酸钠/二氧化硅互穿聚合物网络的制备 被引量:3

Preparation and Characterization of Interpenetrating Networks of Sodium Alginate-Silicon Dioxide

摘要 以海藻酸钠为聚合物基体,采用溶胶-凝胶法使正硅酸乙酯在海藻酸钠中水解聚合,形成二氧化硅含量分别为0%、20%、30%、40%的有机/无机互穿网络膜。通过红外(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)对所得样品进行分析表征,结果表明,无机相SiO2的加入对海藻酸钠膜的结构和结晶性能都产生了一定的影响。控制合适的SiO2含量可以获得相容性好的互穿网络膜。 Novel organic-inorganic interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) involving sodium alginate and silicon dioxide were synthesized through hydrolysis and condensation of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) in sodium alginate (SA). The intermolecular interactions and miscibility of the prepared IPN membranes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of SiO2 on the crystal property of SA was demonstrated by X-ray diffraction(XRD). FT-IR shows that chemical bonds as well as hydrogen bonds are generated between sodium alginate and SiO2. TEM and SEM demonstrate that good compatibility is achieved in molecular level through the impenetrating of SiO2 network in SA.
