摘要 为了从蛋白质水平揭示乳牛乳腺炎的发病机制,分析乳腺炎病牛乳腺组织可溶性蛋白的表达变化,采用二维凝胶电泳技术获得了健康乳牛与乳腺炎病牛乳腺组织的可溶性蛋白表达图谱,经PDQuest7.4软件自动匹配,检测出17个差异蛋白斑点;经液相色谱串联离子阱质谱分析,获得了16种主要涉及细胞运动、物质运输和催化作用等生物学功能的蛋白质。结果表明,健康乳牛与乳腺炎病牛乳腺组织可溶性蛋白的表达存在明显差异。 To further explore the pathogenesis of cows mastitis at protein level, the expression changes of soluble proteins in mammary glands of mastitic cows were analysed, then profiles of soluble protein in mammary gland of healthy or mastitic cows were obtained by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Seventeen spots of differential expression protein were detected by PDQuest 7.4 software,and sixteen proteins which were participated in cell motility, transport and catalytic activity in biological function were identified by ion trap mass spectrometer equipped with a surveyor high performance liquid chromatography system. The results showed that the expressed soluble protein of mammary gland from the healthy dairy cows was significantly different from that from the mastitic cows.
