摘要
本文研究了新劳动合同法对用工成本造成的影响,探讨了新劳动合同法与《劳动法》在用工成本方面不同的规定,所得结论表明:在实行《劳动法》期间,由于一些企业根本没有很好的贯彻《劳动法》的精神,没有严格按照劳动法的规定去执行。所以当新的劳动合同法开始执行的时候,很多企业的用工成本都有明显的增加,甚至导致企业破产。针对这样的情况,本文还提出了一系列的措施,去减少《劳动合同法》的执行给企业带来的风险。
The paper sets out to study the impact that a new Labor Contract Law is working on the labor costs, and discuss the differences of the "Labor Contract Law" and the "Labor Law" on the labor costs . The conclusions show that , in the period of implementing "Labor law", some of the enterprises have not do the best at all and have not carried out strictly according to the stipulation of the labor law .So when the new labor contract law begins to carry out, the recruitment costs of a lot of enterprises are all increasing Obviously and even cause enterprises to go bankrupt. To such a situation, this paper has also proposed a series of measures to reduce the risk that the " Labor Contract Law " brought to the enterprises.
