摘要
诊断性玻璃体切割术主要用于鉴别怀疑为恶性病变或者感染而无法用常规方法明确诊断的后部或者中间葡萄膜炎。随着现代玻璃体视网膜手术的发展和实验室技术的进步,诊断的准确性逐渐提高。玻璃体标本的诊断性检测方法包括细胞病理学检查、流式细胞术、分子学分析、细胞因子检测、玻璃体标本培养和药敏试验、聚合酶链反应以及抗体检测等。本文就目前诊断性玻璃体切割术标本的获取、检测手段以及各种方法的适应证和应用情况进行综述。
Diagnostic vitrectomy is mainly performed in cases with posterior or intermediate uveitis that are suspicious for malignancy or infection,and cannot definitely diagnosed with conventional methods.With the development of modern vitreoretinal operations and progress on laboratory techniques,the accuracy of diagnosis of uveitis improved gradually.The diagnostic tests for vitreous specimens include cytopathologic examination,flow cytometry,molecular analysis,cytokine measurements,culture and sensitivity,polymerase chain reaction and antibody detection.This article reviews the methods for obtaining vitreous specimen,various diagnostic tests,indication of each method and its application.
