摘要
社会民众盼望的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》即将施行,与现行的食品安全法律对比,该法更加广泛地征求了社会民众的意见与建议,立法的视野扩宽了,紧密地结合社会频发的食品安全事件。该法的实施将会保障食品更加安全。本文详细阐述了该法主要的八大鲜明特点以及三点局限。通过本文引起社会对食品安全监管法律内外问题的思考,引领社会民众从根本上寻找把食品安全风险降低到最低的途径。
Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, that the public hopes for, will come into force. Contrasts with the law of food safety currently, the ken of legislation have been expanded. Legislators have adopted the ideas and suggestions from the public, combining with the frequent events of food safety. Maybe the food safety will be better after the law putting into effect. This thesis talks about the eight main characteristics and the three limits of the law in detail. This thesis initiates the public to seek for the problems, inside and outside the laws, and guides the public to minimize the risks of food safety.
