摘要
目的:通过对医疗纠纷发生原因的分析,寻求预防及减少其发生的对策。方法:采用整群抽样的方法对哈密地区八家二级医院鉴定医疗纠纷,2002年1月1日-2009年5月31日期间发生的91件鉴定医疗纠纷资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果:七年间哈密地区共发生鉴定医疗纠纷91件,最终鉴定分为医疗事故(44件,49%),和非医疗事故(47件,52%),以外科投诉为主(43件,48%),成人相对较多(47件,52%),法院途径要求鉴定占多数(48件,53%),投诉医生相对比较多(48件,53%),究其原因以医生的责任心不强、技术水平低、服务水平差造成的投诉最多(70%,63/91)。结论:预防和减少医疗纠纷的最主要措施是提高医务人员的责任心和技术水平,改善服务态度。同时,加强医院及科室内部的管理也是防范医疗投诉的重要措施。
Objective: Through the analysis of medical treatment dispute, to seek the measures to prevent and reduce it. Methods: To make a census on medical disputes in all second grade hospitals in Hami during 2002. 1. 1 to 2009. 5. 31, and then to make a investigation and statistic analysis retrospectively about the complaining cases with the designed questionnaire. Results: There were 91 medical disputes in 7 years, 44 (49%) were malpractice, and 47 (51% ) cases were non - malpractice by medical appraisal, among these, surgery cases were major (43, 48% ), adult cases were 47 (52%) respectively, and the quantity of cases settled by courts was 48 (53%) ; In all the cases, the main causes were doctor' s bad responsibility, poor technical level and manner of service (63/91, 70% ). Conclusions: The major measures to prevent and reduce the complaint to medical treatment were to enhance and improve the medical affairs personnel' s responsibility and technical level and manners of service, meantime, the intensifying management in hospital and section office were also important, moreover, it is recommended that neither to ignore the complaint to the medical treatment, nor the complaint to the non - medical treatment.
