不同热处理工艺对剃齿刀内孔变形的影响

摘要 按不同工艺参数对W9Mo3Cr4V和W6Mo5Cr4V2材料剃齿刀进行热处理后,观察孔径变化规律。指出,盐浴炉回火,剃齿刀内孔变形小,尺寸稳定性好;真空炉淬火、回火,并进行时效处理,可使剃齿刀内孔变形控制在千方之八的公差范围内,且刀具外观良好。 By changing technological parameters of heat treatment, the variation of internal hole diameters of gear shaving cutters made of W9Mo3Cr4V and W6Mo5Cr4V2 is investigated. It is proved that by tempering in salt bath furnace, the deformation of gear shaving cutter is small, and its dimension stability is good; with quenching, tempering and aging treatments in vacuum furnace, the deformation can be controlled within eight thousandth of the tolerance, and its outer appearance is nice.
