摘要
在新时期如何使急诊这个特殊医疗环境的护理工作适应医疗改革的步伐,笔者分析了市场经济条件下常见的护理风险:护理人员护理行为的风险,护理人员知识缺乏的风险,等,然后根据这个风险提出了相关的风险防范,以提高护理人员的急诊护理水平,提高患者的满意度。
