五十点焊机同步低压冲击大电流焊接方法的研究

摘要 研究了五十点焊机的同步低压冲击大电流焊接方法。在分析低压冲击大电流焊接过程的基础上,对小型化五十点同步冲击焊接大电流的晶闸管控制开关和储能箱工艺进行了实验研究。经生产应用,研究的焊接方法用于五十点焊机,提高了焊机的生产效率和焊接质量,降低了它的装机容量。 In this paper, the lowvoltage and giant impulse current syncro welding method for 50 spots welding machine has been studied. On anlysizing low voltage and giant impulse current welding process, the experimental research has been carried out on 50 spots small scale syncro SCR switch for controlling giant impulse welding current and the technalogy of storage energy box. By application of the welding method to 50 spots welding machine. it has shown from production that the welding machine has advantages of high producticity, good welding quality and low installed capacity.
