从反义RNA到人工miRNA的植物基因沉默技术革新 被引量:8

摘要 植物基因沉默技术作为一个重要的遗传操作工具在植物分子生物学研究和遗传改良方面得到广泛应用.自20世纪90年代基因沉默现象发现以来,多种植物基因沉默技术相继建立,包括共抑制、反义RNA、hpRNAi和VIGS等.最近,两种新的植物基因沉默技术:人工Micro-RNA和人工trans-actingsiRNA建立起来,在基因沉默的精确性和高效性等方面有了新突破.由于植物体具有多条基因沉默途径,不同的基因沉默技术具有独特的应用优势.本文对这些基因沉默技术进行了系统的介绍和总结,梳理了不同技术的优缺点和适用范围,并展望了植物基因沉默技术进一步发展的方向和应用前景.
