摘要
本文在详细分析了Transval轧管机活动机架回转驱动机构液压系统的基础上.推导出该系统的数字模型,并将其简化成较实用的形式,再利用计算机数字仿真技术较全面地研究了主要参数对机架回转时间的影响,并进行了实验验证。
This paper analyzes the hydraulic system for rotational mechanism of the moving housing of a 3-roll Transval type seamless tube rolling millin detail. Based on this, a mathematic model which describes the system in derived. With simplifying the model, the effect of main parameters on the rotationaltime of the rnill housing are investigated completely by using digital simulationtechnique. And the experiment is made to verify its true.
