摘要
本文主要研究脉动注射成型工艺的实验系统。并通过实验探索脉动频率对浇口封冻时间、塑料制品拉伸性能的影响，从实验结果得知脉动保压可延长浇口封冻时间，提高制品的拉伸强度达12％。
This paper mainly studies the experimental system of the technology of pulsating injection molding, and explores the effect of pulsating frequency on congelation time of the injection gate and tensile performance of theplastic products. The experimental results show that pulsating holding pressuremay extend the congelation time of the injection gate and increase tensile strengthof the products
