复方栀黄胶囊定性鉴别方法研究

STUDY OF QUALITATIVE IDENTIFICATION OF FUFANG ZHIHUANG CAPSULE

目的:建立复方栀黄胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中大黄、栀子和甘草进行了鉴别。结果:斑点显色清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法专属性强,可作为制剂的定性鉴别方法。

Objective：To establish the TLC method and provide an effective technique for controlling the quality of Fufang Zhihuang Capsule. Methods：Rhubarb, Gardenia and liquorice were identified by TLC method. Results：Characteristic spot can be observed clearly, while the negative control did not show spot. Conclusion ： This method is highly exclusive and can be used in identification of Fufang Zhihuang Capsule.
