摘要 随着新型填料的开发和应用以及填料塔本身的技术进步,硫酸干吸塔的强化成为可能。文中讨论了影响硫酸干吸塔性能的诸因素,并提出在千吸塔强化时应适当选择设计参数。 This paper discusses the factors affecting performance of packed drying-absorption towers of sulphuric acid plants and proposes the ways to intensify a packed tower with high-efficiency packings and advanced construction of tower. The intensified tower only requires 0.62~0.74m2 cross sectional area and 2.5~3m3 packings with a pressure drop of 920~1380 Pa for producing every 10kt H2SO4 per year. It can be used in a new plant to reduce 30% investment or in an existing plant to obtain twice throughput with no or a little increase in energy consumption.
