摘要
目的测试生物功能性(BPS)全口义齿的咀嚼效率,分析BPS全口义齿恢复无牙颌患者咀嚼功能的情况。方法选择临床无牙颌患者,分成牙槽嵴正常组和牙槽嵴低平组,每组分别采用BPS全口义齿或传统全口义齿进行修复治疗。修复治疗后1、3和6个月,采用吸光度法测试义齿的咀嚼效率。结果在牙槽嵴正常组,两种全口义齿咀嚼测试物的吸光度值在各检测期点都比较接近(P>0.05),并且在3、6个月后都能维持比较稳定的数值(P>0.05)。在牙槽嵴低平组,BPS全口义齿咀嚼物吸光度值在各检测期点都高于传统组(P<0.05);且在修复治疗3、6个月后都能维持比较稳定的数值(P>0.05);而传统全口义齿的吸光度值则在修复治疗3、6个月后出现下降的趋势(P<0.05)。结论BPS全口义齿修复治疗牙槽嵴低平患者的咀嚼效率优于传统全口义齿。
Objective To measure the masticatory efficiency of BPS complete denture and analyze the masticatory function of edentulous jaws treated with BPS complete dentures. Methods Cases with edentulous jaws were assembled and classified into low-alveolar group and normal-alveolar group, and treated with BPS complete dentures (BPS group ) or traditional complete dentures (control group). The masticatory efficiency of dentures was measured by colorimetfic analysis after 1 month,3 months and 6 months. Results In the normal-alveolar group, the values of colorimetric analysis of BPS group and tradition group were similar at all phases( P 〉 0. 05 ), and kept stably after 3 months and 6 months ( P 〉 0. 05 ). In the low-alveolar group, the values of colorimetric analysis of BPS group were higher than those of the control group per phase( P 〈0. 05 ). There were differences between BPS group and control group in the values of colorimetric analysis 'after 3 months and 6 months. The values of BPS group were stable and the values of the control group were declined. Conclusion The masticator, efficiency of BPS complete denture was superior to that of traditional complete denture when it was used to treat the patients with low-alveolar.
