摘要
目的:探讨老年转子间骨折新的治疗方法。方法:通过对本院12例老年股骨转子间骨折患者行股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗的术中观察及术后短期随访。结果:采用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗12例老年股骨转子间骨折,术中操作简单,术后固定可靠。结论:股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的新的有效方法。
Objective：To explore the new treatment for the old patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods： 12 old patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with proximal femoral anatomic caging-nickelclad for and obervoste in oporation and follow up after operative stort-termResults： The use of proximal femoral anatomic cagingnickelclad for the treatment of 12 cases of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly,operation is simple; and the fixation is reliability ＇after the operation. Conclusion： Proximal femoral anatomic caging-niekelclad is a new and effective treatment of such diseases.
