摘要
目的:观察阿托伐他汀对糖尿病高脂血症的降脂作用。方法:合并糖尿病的高脂血症患者30例,用阿托伐他汀10 mg,每晚1次,连服2周和4周后各复查血脂1次,进行疗效分析。结果:4周后,血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平均有下降,以LDL-C降低。结论:阿托伐他汀降血脂对合并糖尿病的高脂血症疗效快速、确切。
Objective：To explore the effect of atorpin on fluvastatin on hyperlipidemia in diabetic role of lipidlowering. Methods：30 petients with Hyperlipidemia with diabetes mellitus, With atorvastatin 10 mgper night and even served two weeks and four weeks after the review of lipid 1 for efficacy analysis. Results ： After four weeks, all levels of Serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglyeride were decreased, and LDL-C was the most obvious. Conclusion ： Hypolipidemic effect of atorvastatin on combined hyperlipidemia diabetes fast and precise.
