脊髓损伤的高压氧治疗 被引量:1

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是中枢神经系统的严重创伤,具有高致残率和高病死率的特点,严重危害人们的生命安全和生活质量。自1965年Maedal首先应用高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen,HBO)治疗实验性SCI以来,应用HBO治疗SCI越来越广泛,其疗效已获得临床实践和动物实验的证实。
