摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜技术诊治粘连性肠梗阻的价值。方法:回顾分析51例腹腔镜诊断及治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果:腹腔镜手术成功49例,2例由于腹腔广泛严重粘连而中转剖腹手术。结论:腹腔镜具有诊断与治疗双重作用,同时具有创伤小、出血少、术后康复快、并发症少、住院时间短等优点。
To investigate the value of laparoseopie techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 51 cases of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction was done. Results Forty - nine cases of successful laparoscopic surgery were found, the other two cases of serious and extensive intra - abdominal adhesions were transferred to laparotomy. Conclusion Laparotomic diagnosis and treatment are with a dual role, and with less trauma, less bleeding, faster postoperative recovery, fewer complications and shorter length of hospital stay.
