摘要
目的:通过观察补中益气汤联合易蒙停对结肠黏膜5-羟色胺(5-HT)、嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)阳性细胞数的影响,探讨补中益气汤联合易蒙停治疗结肠切除术后排便障碍的作用机理。方法:切除青紫蓝兔结肠后,分别给予补中益气汤、易蒙停及两者联合治疗14d,处死后取吻合口处结肠。免疫组化法检测每组切除后正常结肠、吻合口处结肠黏膜中5-HT、CgA阳性细胞。结果:正常组、术后空白对照组、西药组、中药组、中西医药组5-HT阳性细胞数分别为10.40±2.22,26.27±2.35,18.20±2.71,15.93±2.46,14.33±2.87;CgA阳性细胞数分别为20.60±5.34,51.51±6.13,36.10±5.34,28.36±7.16,29.33±8.17。中药组与中西药组比较无差异(P>0.05),余各组间比较有差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合易蒙停致结肠切除后青紫蓝兔结肠黏膜5-HT、CgA阳性细胞数的减少,可能是其治疗结肠切除术后排便障碍的作用机制之一。
Objective To investigate the influence on the colon mucosa 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT) and chromogranin A (CgA) in Chinchilla rabbits treated by the Byzhong Yiqi(补中益气) Pill combined with Imodium and to preliminarily clarify the mechanism in treating colectomy postoperative dysporia. Methods Chinchillarabbits with colectomy were randomly divided into four groups,respectively as given nothing,Buzhong Yiqi pill,Imodium and Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with mmodium then all were killed after 14 days and the anastomotic colon tissue was taken for biopsy.The 5-HT,CgA positive staining cells of normal colon and the anastomotic colon tissue were detected with immunohistochemical method Results The number of preoperative 5-HT positive staining cells were 10.40±2.22,and those of postoperative 5-HT positive staining cells in the four groups of given nothing,Buzhong Yiqi pill,Imodium and the Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with Imodium were 26.27±2.35,18.20±2.71,15.93±2.46 and 4.33±2.87 respectively.The number of preoperative CgA positive staining cells were 20.60±5.34,and the number of postoperative CgA positive staining cells in the four groups was respectively 51.51±6.13,36.10±5.34,28.36±7.16 and 29.33±8.17:there were not significant differences between the two groups of given Buzhong Yiqi pill and of Imodium (P〉0.05),there were significant differences between the other groups (P〈0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion The reduction of 5-HT and CgA positive staining cells after colon resection can be caused by Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with Imodium.
