摘要
通过扫描电镜分析了柴油机缸体典型气孔缺陷的形成原因,提出了采用低氮增碳材料、提高铁液的浇注温度,降低铁液中锰的有效含量等有效的工艺控制措施。
The formation reason and countermeasures on the main types of defects in the cylinder block casting were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. It was pointed out that several ways, i. e, using low-content nitrogen materials and improving the pouring temperature to decrease manganese content.
