It is fifth anniversary of Dipherelin IVF Training Campus. We would like to share our experiences in controlled ovarian stimulation （COS） with each other. Several topics including COS and ovarian response, the effect of LH on COS, threshold of LH and FSH, down-regulation and ovarian response have been discussed, which are the most practical and interesting clinical problems. As we know, it is a big challenge in the field of reproductive endocrinology. At present year the protocols with low dose of GnRH-a and Gn have been used, some centers have created a fifty percent of pregnancy rate in sequenced years. The topic of this training program is around the clinical application of GnRH-a and Gn, and the ovarian response, as well as individual protocol. I hope that Dipherelin IVF Training Campus will provide the best platform to discuss reproductive endocrinology forever.
