摘要 为探讨长方案降调周期垂体促性腺激素(Gn)分泌模式的变化,本文对短效曲普瑞林长方案降调中的垂体反应进行了研究。 The objective of the present study was to investigate the pattern of GnRH secretion in woman undergoing pituitary suppress with daily usage of triptorelin in long protocols for IVF-ET. The effect of down regulation maintained over 14 days while the response pattern of pituitary was altered. The pattern was not changed when oral contraceptive was used in long protocols. Neither basal LH level was to indicated clinical outcome nor basal E2 level to the response of pituitary in these protocols. It was suggested that the prognosis was poor when E2 level was excessively high after triptorelin administered.
